Plan 1

Consultation session
  3 month plan written up.
  Email review of plan plus telephone discussion at 6-7 weeks.
   
 
  This plan is ideal as an introduction to structured training sessions, for a short term target or a winter training plan.

Plan 2
 
  £360 one off payment or 6 installments at £65
   
Consultation session
  6 monthly plan, periodised according to targets.
  Plan updates emailed to you every 2 months
  3 Fitness testing or training sessions included
  3  1-1 sessions included
  Periodic contact via phone or email
   
 
  Fitness testing can be swapped for a different type of training session if desired. 1-1 Sessions involve reviewing the plan and discussing the next phase before it is then written for you.  They are also an opportunity to advice on race preparation, nutrition, general training queries, or anything you feel you need to discuss.

  £695 one off payment or 6 installments at £120

  6 Fitness testing or training sessions included
  6  1-1 sessions included
  High level of ongoing support via phone or email
   
 
  The ideal plan to get the most from the coaching services on offer. Regular updates and high levels of contact ensure you’ll not stray from your targets and will hit peak fitness at exactly the right time.
   

Extra Sessions
 
 

Hourly sessions are available as extras at £50 per session. These can be anything needed – extra fitness testing, specific turbo training sessions, even a 1 hour ride around the park to look at riding technique and position.

Fitness testing and turbo training sessions are usually carried out here. They are carried out on a machine that will precisely measure your power output, cadence and pedal efficiency. The test will then determine various training zones and many of your sessions will be based on these numbers. This leaves you in no doubt that you will be training at the correct intensity.
