Plan 1:
£150 for 3 months
 
  £150, payable in 1 installment at the start of the plan.
   
Initial programme setup from consultation
  3 month plan written to reflect your goals, and the time available for you to train
  Formal review of plan by email or telephone discussion at 6-7 weeks. Any minor changes to the plan will be made at this point, depending on feedback
   
 
  This plan is ideal as an introduction to structured training sessions, for a short term target or a winter training plan.

Plan 2:
6 months at £80 per month.
 
  £130 initial payment then 5 further monthly installments of £70 or discounted payment at start of plan, £425 for the full 6 months.

  Overall 6 monthly plan, periodised according to targets
  Monthly training plans outlining precisely the training sessions you'll be doing
  Monthly formal review of progress by phone/email, in the region of half an hour
  A 1-1 bike ride with Richard in Richmond Park to look at bike position/technique. Duration 1 hour approx.
  Discounted 1-1 sessions upon request
  Reasonable phone contact for clarification or ad hoc questions, Mon-Fri, 9-5.
   
 
  This is the best plan to go for if you want a good mix of structured training and feedback & advice. Regular plan updates plus review of progress mean you'll never stray far from your training goals.
   

Plan 3
6 Months at £120 per month
 
  £170 initial payment then 5 further monthly installments of £110, or discounted payment at start of plan, £650 for the full 6 months.
   
Initial programme setup from consultation.
  Overall 6 monthly plan, periodised according to targets
  Monthly training plans outlining precisely the training sessions you'll be doing
  Two-weekly formal review of progress by phone/email, in the region of half an hour.
  A 1-1 bike ride with Richard to look at bike position/technique, and also to closely assess firsthand your current level of fitness, strengths and weaknesses etc. Ride lasts 2-3 hours.
  Discounted 1-1 sessions upon request
  Almost unlimited phone or email contact, Mon-Fri, 9-5
   
 
 

The ideal plan to get the most from the coaching services on offer. This plan provides an in depth mentoring and coaching relationship, for those who really want to maximise every area of performance.

Depending on your individual needs, areas such as training and event psychology, detailed equipment advice, nutrition or long term event planning can be covered during the course of the plan.

   

Extra 1-1 Sessions
 
 
General points
 
 

Hourly sessions are available as extras at £60 per session, or at the discounted rate of £40 for existing clients. These can be anything needed – a session on pre event strategy and advice, nutritional guidance, or maybe a 1 hour ride around Richmond park to look at riding technique and position.

   
  The time allocated to each plan is to be used within the 3 or 6 month timescale. It's up to you to ensure that you contact me at the end of a training plan to discuss progress and help me to formulate the next plan - if I don't know how you're doing I can't let you know what to do next! If you train with a power meter and want me to analyse your files you'll need to enrol with plan 2 or 3.
